Intelligent Workflow: Rocker Arm Underwater Filling

The Rocker Arm Liquid Filling Scale is designed for a seamless, "One-Touch" operation:

Loading: The conveyor moves a pallet of four empty 200L drums onto the weighing platform.
Positioning: The operator moves the flexible rocker arm to align the gun head with the first drum mouth.
Automatic Filling: Upon pressing [Start], the gun head inserts into the drum. The system tares the weight and begins a two-stage filling process (Fast for speed, Slow for accuracy).
Anti-Drip Protection: Once the target weight is reached, the valve closes, the gun lifts, and an integrated anti-drip tray catches any residual liquid to keep the pallet clean.
Multi-Drum Completion: The process repeats for all four drums. Once the pallet is full, the operator presses the "Bucket Out" button, and the conveyor sends the heavy drums to the forklift area.
